Hello Shop HQ (“the Service”) is a private, internal command-center dashboard operated by our team to manage our own e-commerce store brands and their connected accounts. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Access

The Service is restricted to authorized team members of Hello Shop HQ. Accounts are provisioned by an administrator; there is no public registration. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for legitimate business operations relating to accounts we own or are authorized to manage, and in compliance with the terms and policies of any connected platform (including TikTok, Meta, Shopify, YouTube, Zoom and eBay). You will not attempt to access data you are not authorized to access.

Connected accounts

When you connect a third-party account via its official OAuth, you authorize the Service to access that account’s data through the platform’s API for the enabled features. You may disconnect an account at any time. Use of each platform’s API remains subject to that platform’s own terms.

Availability & changes

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis for internal use. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
